BIOGRAPHY
Claire O鈥橯uin joined the 果冻传媒 faculty in 2020. Her primary area of research involves investigating the genetic and developmental basis of various traits found in fish. O鈥橯uin鈥檚 most recent research projects with Centre undergraduate students include measuring various traits that differ between Mexican blind cavefish and their surface dwelling relatives, including the bones found in the eyes and their brains.
O鈥橯uin teaches the Introductory Biology Labs, as well as a summer study away course focused on conservation and ecology in National Parks.
